I’m not really into posts about food unless they’re by cakelin, but I am too proud of this meal to not post it. I made a jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and olive oil marinade for the shrimp and jicama. I pan fried it and put it over brown rice, adding shredded carrots, radishes, and green onions as garnish. Mega noms, though next time I would add double the jalapeño and garlic. (I put only one jalapeño and two cloves of garlic.)
